The vision of Jeevan Ankur is to enhance the quality of life of people in the informal sector by promoting sustainable livelihood solutions, enabling individuals and families to lead a better and more dignified life.

Provides vocational training across the country in employable trades across manufacturing, services, sales, marketing etc for the development of underprivileged persons in the society.

The foundation will partner with government departments to ensure the convergence of projects and schemes, as well as to support capacity-building efforts. It will also collaborate with CSR entities to implement funded projects aimed at scaling up activities and fostering community development. In addition, the foundation will work closely with NGOs and community-based organisations (CBOs) for outreach and on-the-ground execution. Purposeful collaborations will also be established with academic and technical institutions for knowledge support, research, and innovation.

The foundation's faculty will engage in service-oriented activities, including job placement, training programmes, consultancy services, monitoring and evaluation, and organisational development. The income generated through projects and services will be reinvested in various community development initiatives, thereby sustaining and expanding the foundation's impact.
